Counseling Connections & Associates Fees & Insurance
What to Expect
Please bring your insurance card to the first appointment. Our billing specialist will work with each client in order to help determine the cost of treatment. If we are a network provider, we will honor the contracted rate for your particular insurance plan. CCA will check your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf. Our billing specialist will explain your coverage to you once we get a quote from the insurance company. The quote of benefits we get from your insurance company is not a guarantee of coverage.

Fees & Payments
Counseling Connections & Associates has billing specialists on staff who will check your benefits, request authorizations, and submit claims on your behalf. We will contact your insurance company to obtain a quote of benefits — which is not an absolute guarantee of coverage. One of our team members will explain your coverage during the first session.
If you choose to use your health insurance benefits, please note that you are responsible for all deductibles and copays, as determined by your insurance plan. We will collect your co-payment at each session. We accept cash, check, HSA cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We also accept self-pay clients for therapy, medication management, and evaluations. All benefit claims will be submitted by us to your insurance.
